Here is a quick video on how to assemble the the pallets using a pressure fit and no glue.
NOTE: These files were created on the OneLaser XRF (Coupon Code HOBBYGUY) with an ultra fine spot size of 0.05 mm.
If the spot size on your laser is larger than 0.08 mm, you may need to separate the pieces in the file so they are no longer nested and use a kerf offset.
